Is my health data secure?
Yes. Mediloop uses end-to-end encryption and bank-grade security. You control who can access your records and can revoke access anytime. All data is stored securely in compliance with Uganda's Data Protection Act 2019.
How do I book an appointment?

How do I share my records with my doctor?
When you visit any connected healthcare facility, simply provide your UHID. Your doctor will request access and you can approve it instantly from your phone.
What if I don't have internet?
Your UHID works offline. Healthcare providers can access your essential records even without internet. You can also download key documents to your phone for offline viewing.
